There will not be an early packet pickup.
Packet pickup will be on Sunday, November 24, 2024 (race day morning) behind Tallmadge Elementary School starting at 7:45am:

The Kids Fun Run will start first at 8:30am and at 8:45am the 5k & 5mi participants will begin.

Awards:
Everyone in the 5k & 5mi will receive a finishers medal.
Age groups are as follows for the 5k & 5mi and results will be posted with age groups but there will not be an awards ceremony.
9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 & 90+
All Kids Fun Run participants will receive their choice of a sweet treat and there is an option for a race medal during registration.
Parking Information:
Parking is available at both Tallmadge Elementary School parking lots as well as on the street next to the school (please follow normal traffic laws and parking regulations). Overflow parking will be at Maher Park and along side streets near the school.
Additional Information:
This run will be chip timed and it is very important that you visibly wear your bib on the front of your chest/body when crossing the start and finish line to ensure an accurate race time.
This is a dog friendly event however dogs must be on a leash and to avoid tripping at the start line we recommend anyone with a dog starts after the main group has begun. We will have a bowl for dogs setup at the finish line!
Anyone who wants to start the race after the main group has begun the run is more than welcome to and your time will still be accurate.
We do allow strollers at this event.
Headphones/iPod/mp3 devices are allowed, though are strongly not recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not impair their ability to hear and detect present or potential hazards and dangers as well as verbal instructions from course marshals.
If at any time you or someone else on course is in need of assistance throughout the run please notify a course marshal or dial 911 in case of an emergency and then please let the closest course marshal know as well.
The run will start rain, snow or shine. The run could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions. The above schedule is weather-dependent.
Virtual Racers:
Virtual racers will receive a turkey hat or long sleeve shirt or hoodie, race bib and finishers medal.
Anyone who plans to participate in the 5k or 5mi virtually will have until December 31 to enter their times online. If you do not wish to enter your time online that is ok as it is not required.
When registering please indicate whether you will pickup your packet in person or if you would like it mailed to you.
