March 30, 2020

USA Race Timing & Event Management takes the health and safety of our participants, spectators, charities, volunteers, staff, vendors and everyone associated with race events very seriously. Due to government guidelines restricting gatherings of 10+ people in one area and continued health concerns over the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) many of our upcoming races are assessing their plans.

All races through April 30 will be canceled.

Some events will and already have rescheduled to a later date in the year. Other events will switch to virtual races while some will be canceling for 2020 with the plan of returning in 2021.

To keep our participants in the loop we have removed ALL races with unknown dates including those that have been canceled and postponed from our online calendar. We will update the calendar daily as many races are currently locking in new dates.

Many of the non-profit races we help produce and time are the largest fundraisers of the year for that particular charity so while each race has a different refund policy we encourage you to donate your registration fees to the charity if the event was canceled or postponed.
