REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ!
This refund policy is for every event that USA Race Timing & Event Management (USA) owns or manages. If you are registered for an event that USA is only timing then you need to contact the race director for that event in question, DO NOT CONTACT USA. USA does not issue refunds of registration fees for any event for any reason.

Registration fees are non-refundable however are transferable to the full price amount of any USA event in the same calendar year. Each processed registration can only be transferred for one full price registration. Participant will be required to pay the difference if the amount paid for the original event is lower than the "new" event's full registration price. There will be no partial refunds distributed if the original registration amount paid is higher than the full price registration amount of the "new" event.

Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable within two weeks of the event date.

We ARE NOT WEATHER FORECASTERS! Events are planned out months in advance and there is no way to know what the weather will be like then let alone day/s before a race. If there is rain in the forecast we will do our best to make sure it is sunny for the event!
